What is BRAVO?

Celebrating its 20th year, BRAVO is the annual signature event hosted by the National Association of Women Business Owners, Ventura County at which we spotlight women with vision and perseverance who create a bright future for women business owners and leaders in our community. Categories include Innovator, Rising Star, Education and Community Advocates, Young Woman Entrepreneur, NAWBO VC Member of the Year, and the coveted Woman Business Owner of the Year. Past honorees have gone on to receive state and national NAWBO honors.

Who Attends?

This highly anticipated annual event attracts 250-300 local dignitaries, business owners, executives, community leaders, and leaders in the non-profit sector.

Support our Silent Auction and Cash & Carry Basket Bonanza

A lively component of our event is the Silent Auction! This year we’re adding a new and exciting element to the Silent Auction – a Cash & Carry Basket Bonanza!

The Bonanza is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a bounty of beautiful, ready to take home baskets that guests can simply buy (rather than bid) for a quick and easy way to support the programs of NAWBO Ventura County while also being guaranteed to take home wonderful, locally-made items!

We will also host our Silent Auction full of popular items on which to bid, like weekend getaways, jewelry, women-made products and more.

We value your support. A donation of goods, services, and baskets to our event helps support NAWBO VC member scholarships, mentor programs, entrepreneurial workshops, and business leadership speakers, as well as shaping public policy for women business owners state and nationwide.
