State Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson, author of the NAWBO-CA sponsored SB 826, is our honored guest for this special event about the importance of women’s engagement in the political process.

Join NAWBO Ventura County (NAWBO VC) on Tuesday, October 16th at the Wedgewood Banquet Center, 901 Sterling Hills Drive, Camarillo from 5:30pm–8:00pm for “Using Our Collective Voice – Using Our Vote.” The evening is open to all and will include appetizers, non-alcoholic beverages, and a no-host bar. Now more than ever women must advocate for public policies that improve our society, our businesses, and our lives. As women, we can make a difference! To make the greatest impact women must be informed and engaged. This informative evening, sponsored by the American Association of University Women (AAUW), the League of Women Voters (LWV), Vision 2020 National Women’s Equality Initiative, and Women’s Economic Ventures, is bringing together some of the best minds on the subject of women’s advocacy and public policy in our community.
